OUR STORY

Blackwell’s has been a part of the Greenbrier Valley restaurant and catering scene since 2006. We started at the Lewisburg Elks Club with a full service restaurant. For the past seven years, we have been in downtown Lewisburg.

At this location, we feature an all day menu with a variety of breakfast, lunch, and pizza options. The café’s large cases display a selection of pick up and go items such as soups, salads, sandwiches, cookies, desserts, cakes, and much more. Fresh breads are made every day and there are specialty coffees and daily specials to dine in or take out. Also available are wines and local beers. The “Meals for Sharing” menu is a selection of 6-8 portion options. Catering menus feature ideas ranging from simple breakfasts and luncheons to formal sit down events such as weddings and fundraisers. Locally sourced meats and produce are a staple with food preparation in all our menus.

Chef-owner LeeAnn Gillilan brings 40 years of experience that is reflected in menu creation and diversity as well as execution of the specialized events. Being a native of Lewisburg with a BS in Nutritional Sciences, WVU, and a graduate of the Greenbrier Hotel Culinary Program, she spent 25 years living and working in various areas across the country honing her culinary skills within each region.
